A once wonderful establishment has become a rundown, dirty shell of itself

Pappalardo's Pizza Cove's pizza is soooooo good (their pepperoni is my favorite!)... the staff is awesome, and the service is fast whether ordering for pickup or delivery. There's tables inside if you're looking to sit and just grab a slice or two, bottled drinks and ices are available for purchase inside, and they actively support the local community by supporting and raising awareness about fund raisers, toy drives, donations and other things that really directly benefit their local neighborhood. After only 2 visits they recognized us and we knew it was our new 'go to' italian spot!

Holy moly, this place is great. So much cheese (without extra cheese) and the crust is tasteful, and I'm not much of a crust guy. Mr. Pappalardo is also as friendly as they come, and if you go to Plainedge High School, this is THE place to go for pizza.

Ordered a grandma pizza, pizza cold then after further eating, dough was stale. It was stale because the square dough was made previously and they just added toppings, sauce and cheese afterwards and baked it. The toppings were easy to be separated from the dough and not really melted on, and for sure not piping hot at all. I called spoke with young kid making pizza or who took my order. He apologized and offered to make me another free of charge. We were so hungry we ate the pizza, but very tough dough. Again, I know pizza, a shortcut was taken to create. Will not go again. My thoughts!

Great pizza, with a great atmosphere of community pride.

This place is my number one site. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. when I feel like having a proper meal, this is the place that comes straightaway to my head. good and all kinds of food and a rich menu.professional crew, and pleasant spirit. Also important, the price is good. I tell about this restaurant with pleasure.

Very good cheese pizza and prices

Good pizza and great customer service! The owner even offered me a water bottle while a waited for my pizza! I thought that was very nice of him :) No one has ever offered a drink while waiting for food!

The pizza is very good and the workers are very nice

Right off main road, plenty of parking. This spot has big slices, the kind of slices you want when you're hungry for a slice of pizza. Not to mention they have huge rolls, if you're a chicken or sausage roll fan, you won't be disappointed. Salads are also very good too. Staff is friendly and courteous. They have a few TVs so if you wanted to catch a sports game or the news it's on in front of you.

Great pizza! Great specials on Saturday and Sundays for Sicilian and grandma pies. Staff is awesome!!

Years ago the pizza was good when larry ans joe made it, now that got these young kids that make it. Not good i had ordered a chicken parm hero had to throw it out the chicken been the microwave to thaw out.Wont go there ago. The owner is over friendly tries to be your best pal

I order pizza and other great food from here all the time. I am always met with a friendly, welcoming and warm Greeting. The people who work there seem very caring and friendly. I really enjoy ordering from them because the staff is so friendly. Of course the food is consistently amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Disgusting so upset with service and quality of food. Delivered order and they forgot 1/4 of my order. Called to tell them they forgot they order as well as add delivery guys tip (despite mistake). Hung up the 1st time and then acknowledged the 2nd call. Another hour before getting rest of my order. Pizza under cooked - like eating raw dough in the middle. Sad to live on LI knowing LI rated themBest. SMH never again not even to my dog!

this place used to be better. trust me, i live real real close to it. They have kids making the pizzas now and the quality is not what it used to be. If you get lucky and Larry made your food, you MAY have a somewhat better experience.

The best of the best... We used to drive from Hicksville to Massapequa just to get their pizza. We eventually just moved to Massapequa... It was easier!

The pizza is great. This is the type of establishment that is always helping to bring the community together and they treated us with wonderful service and great respect.

Called to place an order at 945pm. Was told they are closing in 10 minutes. Google says they are open till 1030pm

Made us feel right at home! The pizza was very good, but even if it was just okay, the service alone would make it worth going back. The staff was very friendly, and the owner made you feel like you were part of the family. You could tell by his actions and by the pictures of various families all around you, that Joe really cares about his customers and the community. I'd highly recommend stopping in.

Let me start from the owner. JOE PAPPALARDO is truly a great humanitarian who never forgot his roots. The warmest community driven man that i know. The quality of ingredients and his heart is in everything he bakes. I personally enjoy all of his food and his pizza and calzones to die for. I have the highest respect for this business owner and proud to call him my brother
